Subscriptions are managed through your app store:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Qd Balance → Cancel
  • Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Qd Balance → Cancel

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app:

  • Go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account
  • Or email us at tayab.dev1@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"

What data does Qd Balance collect?

Is my health data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. All data is stored securely in Firebase and AWS S3 with restricted access.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Email us at tayab.dev1@gmail.com with subject "Data Export Request" and we'll provide your data within 30 days.
